- Single face corrugated board (2-ply) with a unique wavy structure, formed by bonding the face paper and core paper through the corrugated roll process.
- BMPAPER can be produced in various types, including A, B, C, E, F, G Flute.
♦ Physical features
- Lightweight, tough, good elasticity, strong compression and impact resistance.
- The wave-shaped core paper can effectively absorb external forces, disperse pressure, provide good cushioning protection, while the plane pressure capacity is stable.
♦ Deffernt flute correspond to different features
- A flute is suitable for top and bottom compression for large-sized packaging.
- B flute has better top compression resistance.
- E flute has high compression resistance but weak shock absorption.
- F flute is suitable for thin and lightweight packaging.

- Single-faced corrugated board is often used for rough packaging or to prevent surface abrasion (e.g. light bulb packaging).
