• It consists of two layers of cardboard, with the middle glued with coloured glue, such structure can effectively prevent the cardboard from being seen through.
• In order to ensure the quality of playing cards, the paper used needs to be kept absolutely flat both during storage and manufacturing.
• BM's production department will use industrial humidifiers to control the humidity of the paper stock to prevent the cardboard from being deformed due to drying.
• BM employees also regularly check the temperature and humidity of the paper to ensure the quality of the playing cards and the printing results.
